Kısaca: Uygulama hesap açmaz; adınızı, e-postanızı, konumunuzu, fotoğraflarınızı veya rehberinizi toplamaz. Reklam, analitik ve izleme yoktur. Yaptığınız aramalar yalnızca işletmenizin GenSis sunucusuna gider.

Uygulama ne yapar

GenSis Stok, GenSis kullanan işletmelerin çalışanları için salt okunur bir stok ve fiyat sorgulama uygulamasıdır. Katalog numarası veya ürün adıyla arama yaparsınız; uygulama işletmenizin GenSis sunucusundan stok ve fiyat bilgisini getirir. Uygulama hiçbir kayıt oluşturamaz veya değiştiremez.

Cihazınızda saklananlar

Eşleştirme sırasında şu üç bilgi iOS Anahtar Zinciri'nde (Keychain) saklanır:

  • İşletmenizin sunucu adresi,
  • sunucunun bu uygulamaya verdiği erişim anahtarı,
  • eşleştirme tarihi.

Arama geçmişi veya başka bir kişisel veri cihazda saklanmaz. Ayarlar → Eşleştirmeyi Kaldır bu üç bilgiyi siler.

Kamera

Kamera yalnızca eşleştirme kodunu (QR) taratmak için, siz tarama ekranını açtığınızda kullanılır. Görüntüler cihaz üzerinde işlenir; kaydedilmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Kamera izni vermek zorunlu değildir: kod, elle de girilebilir.

Sunucuya gönderilenler

Arama yaptığınızda arama metni, işletmenizin GenSis sunucusuna şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden gönderilir. Uygulama başka bir sunucuya veya üçüncü tarafa veri göndermez.

Sunucu, güvenlik ve arıza tespiti amacıyla her istek için teknik bir kayıt tutar: IP adresi, zaman, istenen adres (arama metni dahil) ve cihaz/uygulama bilgisi (User-Agent). Bu kayıtlar 90 gün sonra silinir; sunucunun günlük disk yedeklerinde en fazla 14 gün daha kalabilir.

GenSis sunucuları Amazon Web Services üzerinde, Frankfurt (Almanya) bölgesinde çalışır.

Kim sorumlu

Sunucudaki stok, fiyat ve kayıt verileri, uygulamayı kullanmanızı sağlayan işletmeye (işvereninize) aittir; bu veriler için veri sorumlusu o işletmedir. GenSis, sunucuyu işletme adına barındırır ve işletir.

Paylaşım

Verileriniz satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf analitik, reklam veya hata raporlama bileşeni bulunmaz.

Çocuklar

Uygulama işletme çalışanları içindir; çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Privacy Policy

In short: the app has no accounts and does not collect your name, email, location, photos or contacts. There is no advertising, analytics or tracking. Your searches go only to your employer's GenSis server.

What the app does

GenSis Stok is a read-only stock and price lookup for staff of businesses that use GenSis. You search by catalogue number or product name and the app fetches stock and price from your business's GenSis server. It cannot create or change any record.

What is stored on your device

Pairing stores three values in the iOS Keychain: your business's server address, the access key that server issued to the app, and the pairing date. No search history or other personal data is stored. Settings → Eşleştirmeyi Kaldır (Unpair) deletes all three.

Camera

The camera is used only to scan the pairing QR code, and only while the scan screen is open. Frames are processed on the device and are never saved or transmitted. Camera access is optional: the code can also be entered by hand.

What is sent to the server

When you search, the search text is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to your business's GenSis server, and nowhere else. For security and troubleshooting, the server keeps a technical log of each request: IP address, time, requested address (including the search text) and device/app information (User-Agent). These logs are deleted after 90 days; copies may remain in the server's daily disk backups for up to 14 more days. GenSis servers run on Amazon Web Services in Frankfurt, Germany.

Who is responsible

The stock, price and record data on the server belongs to the business that gave you access (your employer), which is the data controller. GenSis hosts and operates the server on that business's behalf.

Sharing

Your data is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting components.

Children

The app is intended for business staff and is not directed at children.
